Sign the agreement, further make definite the obligation, right and duty ,the clients pay the hunting trust money. According to the requirements of clients ,we filter from the HR database and begin to hunt the target talents in the related industry ,especially the rival of the clients. Once we have find the target ,we will contact them actively and interview, assess the candidates seriously, select the candidates who meet the requirements of the clients from them. Put the suitable candidates in the clients by the means of secrecy report, arrange the interview between the clients and the candidates, finally it is the clients who will choose the best ideal talents. |
| “Hunter company” charge standard: |
Concerning the advance payment:
After the consignee and the representative negotiated, From the very day on, the consignee must pay the trust money of hunting talents as the guarantee service fee. This fee will be deduct from the hunter service fee after recommending the last position successfully .If the recommending is unsuccessful, the representative will refund 50% the guarantee service fee; If the consignee cancel or breach the contract unilaterally during the course of contract, the representative mustn’t refund the guarantee service fee.
As to the standard of “hunter service fee” after successful recommending:

The related service guarantee:
1.If the matriculate quits within three months after matriculated, the Pilots will hunt the candidates of the same treatment and same position for free.
2. During the course of the contract, if the clients need Pilots add the other position for recruiting, based the premise of existing a sum of guarantee service fee., the clients needn’t pay the trust money again, as well as sign the contract again(all conditions and items of this contract have force ad effect both);Only need to fill in the sheet of talents demanding and refax to the Pilots with the signature ,the Pilots will begin to recruit after confirmation. |

Working means:
Mr. Pilots keep up the affinity with the clients by the means of communication, study and analysis the need of clients, taste the culture background ,work environment and operation way, to be know more about responsibility, title and obligation, client must pay all of the charge, put in training plan, include training motivation, training item and implement project. According to the requirements of clients, Mr. Pilots carry out the training program.

The Payment:
After the consignee and the representative negotiated, from the very day on, the consignee must pay the training fee. Provided that Party A unilaterally terminates the contract or violates the contract, Party B will not refund the entrusting fee.
